Proposal for jersey barrier stencil design, to be painted on barriers separating bike lanes and vehicular traffic at various locations throughout NYC.

New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM): Red Hook Flood Protection Mural / 2018
Proposal for mural on semi-permanent, pre-deployed HESCO barriers located in Red Hook as preventative measure against flooding.
