This project is from a series of public art interventions, installing barnacle-like clusters on street furniture and building walls, calling attention to the potential for the sea to eventually reclaim the areas we inhabit. The project was developed following Hurricane Sandy, which exposed just how vulnerable New York City is to climate change.
